5 star experience. You absolutely have to stay at this hotel. The service, amenities and overall experience was amazing. The staff were respectful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff at Hotel Solis are all amazing, especially Liz at the front desk and the gentlemen at the entrance. Very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it's close to any food, spas or shops you are looking for to pamper yourself. Airport pickup and dropoff is helpful as well. Rooms are nice but the halls can be quite warm, as the temperature outside is. There are no room views, just neighbouring buildings that are quite run down. The rooftop bar area is a couple flights of stairs up and could use some coverage from the wind. The pool area was cramped but nice. Complimentary breakfast buffet is a good way to have a bite before going for a Viet breakfast. Please note the beers/drinks in the mini fridge are not complimentary, but there are no prices listed. Would definitely stay again, thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel is centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old quarter. My bedroom was beautifully appointed (albeit a little dark having no external windows). Breakfast was amazing - great buffet selection plus an additional menu to order from. I stayed three nights and had dinner twice in the restaurant because the food was so good and the restaurant was relaxing with a lovely ambiance and stunning views of St Joseph’s church. Two members of staff deserve particular mention. Grace, on reception, checked me in but she “went the extra mile”. On my first night when I was unsure of where I was going she sent me a WhatsApp message to check if I was ok and if I needed any assistance. The second day of my stay she contacted me again. Jack - the general manager - came looking for me before I departed to speak to me about my experience and give me a gift to remember the hotel by. This was such a lovely personal touch. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to future travellers to Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.
